The hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities, including a top-notch Spa & wellness centre and impressive outdoor swimming pool. the massage and beauty treatments were impeccable, providing a truly relaxing experience. the sun terrace offered stunning views and plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the tropical climate. Dining options were fantastic with an emphasis on special diet menus and private facilities.
The only minor issue I experienced was a lack of variety in the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area menus. However, this was quickly rectified by the accommodating staff's ability to create custom meals to fit my preferences.

From the moment we arrived, staff were kindly up until the day we left. Sincerely, it was a GOOD stay. Hotel’ s position within walking distance all places we wanted to see, like pink sands club.

You can also visit Mangrove that offers excellent meals. Excellent place for discovering Canouan Island. There was free parking. No complaints, the venue met needs well.

The hotel room was spacious and had a stunning view of the ocean. The staff was friendly and courteous throughout the stay, always willing to lend a hand. The hotel's location near the beach made it easy to enjoy romantic ocean-side walks. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to nearby attractions.
The noise level in the hotel was a bit bothersome, with children running around and slamming doors at all hours. The pool area could use some upgrades and better maintenance.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities and fulfilled my luxurious needs. the service provided by the staff, especially at the spa and wellness center, was exceptional. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were clean and inviting, perfect for relaxation. the beach access is stunning and accompanied by a massage, provided by skilled professionals. the beauty treatment at the spa lounge was extraordinary. the sun terrace, equipped with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, is a peaceful retreat.
The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of a pool with a view. the hotel more than made up for it with their shallow end pool.
